Powers and Skills:
 Despite his record, Dr. Scalpel actually has a very vast knowledge of health, medicine, and procedure. He also has pin precision cutting skills for the operating table. He is also dangerously clumsy, and can become a threat to everyone within the radius of his four large xyronium scalpel swords, and will most likely be surgically stripped cleanly. 

Personality:
 Dr. Scalpel is a very upbeat and otherwise optimistic person who always shows a fair amount of hope when he operates  the quick (and shortly lived) depression when he fails to do his job.

History:
Daniel came from along line of lethal failures for doctors. During WWII His grandfather had been rewarded with a purple heart for killing nazi soldiers from behind enemy lines, despite the small detail that it was all unintentional. And that was only the most notable example that plagues the Scalpel name. Growing up with this knowledge had no means of discouraging Daniel from pursuing his life long dream of becoming a great doctor. While one could commend him for his enthusiasm and to his credit, he did obtain an incredible medical knowledge. However, his downfalls still comes from a combination his finicky nature, clumsy the giant, xyronium scalpel arms that his family have had for generations (don't ask). He been known to surgically fuck up his patients via means of slicing, dicing, dismembering, flaying, and overall simply stripping the bones clean. He tried working in different wards and specialties to try and get different results, but has yet to succeed. The final straw came when he worked as a delivery doctor in the pregnancy ward and was chased out of town. He set up shop in Crashtown once he eluded the linch mob and opened a part time Backdoor Medical Lab and Sushi Restaurant. He is currently looking for a nurse.
